Returns

The return and replacement of items that are in suitable condition is regulated by the Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and Rules of Retail Trade.

Within 14 days from the date of purchase and with the evidence that the item was purchased from the seller (UAB ‘KoLiz‘), the buyer has the right to request a replacement of the purchased item with an analogous item of another shape, size, color or completeness. In this case, the buyer has to cover delivery expenses for the return and replacement of the item. If the seller cannot provide a suitable item, the buyer has the right to return the item to the seller within 14 days and receive a refund of the money paid for it. Should the buyer choose to replace the item with a more expensive item, the buyer undertakes to cover the price difference.

Purchased quality goods can be returned within 14 days if:

– The returned goods are in the original undamaged and clean packaging;

– The product is unused and undamaged;

– The product has not lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, unpeeled protective film, etc.);

– The returned product is in original condition with all the documentation attached by the manufacturer;

– When returning the goods, the document of its purchase, warranty card (if issued) is presented.

If the above mentioned requirements are not met, the seller has the right to deny the return or replacement of the buyer‘s items.

When replacing or returning an item in a suitable condition, the buyer must provide the seller with a written request or a copy of it via email ([email protected]) which must include a reason why the item does not satisfy the buyer. The request must be accompanied by a cash register receipt or payment warrant, or another document confirming the sale of the item from the seller, and a warranty document (if it was provided). The items are replaced or returned at the place of purchase or at another place chosen by the seller that is convenient to the buyer.

If the buyer does not provide a cash register receipt or payment warrant, or another document confirming the sale of the item from the seller, item replacement or other legal requirements of the buyer are fulfilled only with the consent of the seller.
